Teri Menard

Teri, a Faribault native, began her Real Estate Career in 1989 as an employee of Chicago Title Insurance Company. From 1989 to 1997, Teri worked as a commercial property assistant, a new construction specialist, a mechanic lien examiner, a closing assistant, a real estate closer, and finally the department manager of the relocation division of CTIC known as Safetrans. In early 1997 Teri took a position with a real estate attorney in Faribault and also completed the required education for her Real Estate License. July of 1997 she began her career as a licensed agent.

As Broker of an individually owned and operated Real Estate Company, Teri and her team of agents provide an individualized and unique plan of action to help you achieve your real estate objectives.
